1. Prepaid passes — no auto-debits

All passes (Monthly ₹499 / Quarterly ₹1,199 / Yearly ₹3,499) are one-time prepaid payments processed by Cashfree. We never store payment instruments and never auto-debit. Passes are non-refundable once activated.

2. Your data after expiry

When a pass expires, your journal becomes read-only: every session, trade, statistic and export remains available. We do not delete or hide your data. Logging resumes when you renew.

3. Educational tool — not financial advice

JTA Journal is an educational evaluation tool for journaling and analysing your own practice trades. Nothing in this product is investment advice, a trading signal, or a solicitation to trade. Statistics describe your logged data only and do not predict future results. Trading involves substantial risk.

4. Activation

Passes activate against the phone number registered on your account (the number entered at checkout). Activation is normally automatic within minutes; contact support if a payment does not reflect.

5. Privacy

We store your phone number, name, and journal data solely to operate the service. We do not sell your data. Payment details are handled entirely by Cashfree. Contact support@jawaadtradingacademy.com for account deletion.
